Welcome to Dragonheir: Silent Gods (the “Game”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules, responsibilities, and rights that apply to your access to and use of the Game and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
To use the Services, you must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction or obtain verified parental or guardian consent. By creating an account or playing the Game, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
The Game and all associated materials — including its fantasy world, characters, storylines, visual assets, music, sound effects, code, and trademarks — are protected by intellectual property laws and owned or licensed by the operator. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you under any circumstances.
The Game may include virtual currency, characters, items, cosmetic features, and other in-game content (“Virtual Content”). All Virtual Content is licensed, not sold, and has no real-world cash value. Purchases of Virtual Content are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may modify, rebalance, or remove Virtual Content at our discretion to maintain gameplay fairness and overall service stability.
When using the Services, you agree to engage respectfully with other players and refrain from any activities that disrupt the intended experience. This includes avoiding cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools, as well as refraining from exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, or sharing of unlawful or offensive content is strictly prohibited. The sale, trade, or transfer of accounts or Virtual Content outside authorized in-game systems is not allowed.
Any material you create, upload, or share in connection with the Services (“User Content”) remains your responsibility. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Game. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or disrupts the community environment.
We may provide live events, quests, challenges, and seasonal updates that bring new opportunities, rewards, and story developments. Event-specific rules may apply and may override these Terms for the duration of the event. We also reserve the right to make gameplay adjustments, implement patches, or release new content at any time, which may change features, balance, or progression. Certain updates may be mandatory to continue using the Services.
The Services may be interrupted or suspended for maintenance, technical reasons, or operational requirements. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted access to any specific feature or server. In rare cases, we may perform rollbacks or account adjustments to address exploits, system errors, or balance issues.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantee of error-free performance or uninterrupted gameplay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the Game, Services, or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after such changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and the operator of Dragonheir: Silent Gods regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
